Ingredients
- 12 medium red potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbl minced parsley
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 slices of ham, cooked and sliced
- salt & pepper to flavor
Cook, cool, peel and dice the potatoes. Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet and add potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Add sour cream and remaining butter and ham, stirring carefully.
