Ingredients
- 1 can beets, reserve juice
- Water
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 4 tbl sugar
- 6-8 hard boiled eggs
- dash salt & pepper
Drain can and use all the juice and add water to make a cup of liquid. Heat all liquids and sugar together. Remove before boiling. Once cool, add eggs and let stand at least an hour. Store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
